Exceptions may be made if possible and if prior arrangements are made.
Minimum Stay Policy
All published rates have a 7-day minimum stay requirement. Minimum stay may be waived upon availability and prior approval by management.
Special Services and Requests
Cribs and highchairs require advance notice. Additional charges may be made for these items.
Ground Transportation
Ground Transportation - bus, rental car, or limousine can be arranged from Salt Lake International Airport.
The homes are located conveniently to the Park City/Deer Valley free transit system located at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. The Deer Valley Resort is 5 minutes away and The Canyons Resort is 10 minutes away. The Park City Resort Center Plaza shops and restaurants are next door, while the nightlife of Old Town is just one mile away.
Housekeeping
Accommodations have been immaculately prepared for the guest. Midweek maid service is included in the published rates with at least seven day stay. Daily maid service is available for additional cost.
No Snow Policy
Reservations under a "no snow" policy cannot be cancelled earlier than 48
hours prior to arrival date. The "no snow" policy goes into effect if any one of
the following Park City Ski Area lifts are not scheduled to open:
- PayDay
- Silverlode
- First Time
- The Bonanza or Ski Team Lift
All deposits less a $50 handling fee will be returned.
Cancellation Policy
If reservation is cancelled prior to 45 days of arrival, $100 will be forfeited per home. Cancellations less than 45 days in advance forfeit payment in full if unit is not re-booked. No refunds for late arrivals or early check outs.
